Scope of Services:
- Process development followed by full EPCM, including:
- Process evaluation and pilot plant testwork
- Basic engineering
- Custom design of thermal treatment process equipment
- Process and equipment design & detailed engineering
- Full construction and project management including
- Contract supervision and quality assurance
- Contract administration
- Safety and labour relations
- Planning and scheduling
- Estimating, capital cost control and engineering control
- Procurement, expediting and inspections
- Commissioning of facilities and all systems
- Plant start-up
